As always, our goal is to sell homes that we list within 30-60 days.

This quarter, our AVERAGE days on market of homes we’ve listed was just under 25 days!! 6 of the homes we listed were on the market for less than 5 days, and 3 sold the first day they were on the market. Even the home that was on the market the longest (51 days) was within our 60-day goal!
