This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment as we grow. This position does require you to travel to listings throughout the Greater Houston Area. Your schedule will usually vary Monday – Friday between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Some Saturdays and evenings will be necessary. Overall, you will report to work on an as-needed basis with some office time required. YOU DO NOT NEED REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE! You do need very recent general photography experience. Please do not express interest if you do not meet the requirements below.
- Thorough and current knowledge of Nikon camerasComplete competence in framing and lighting
- Complete competence in framing and lighting
- Reliable transportation, as you will travel the Greater Houston Area
- Respectful attitude
- Dedication to quick turn-around times
- Ability and willingness to obtain a Texas Real Estate License
- Strong portfolio showing past work
- Full coverage vehicle insurance
Preferred Equipment:
- Full frame Nikon camera that has onboard HDR
- 14mm Nikkor lens or equivalent
- Camera flashes
- Manfrotto or equivalent quality tripod
