RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, planning, researching, writing and editing of property descriptions, brochures, flyers, newsletters, direct mail, events, press releases, social media, websites and interactive banner ads.

The copywriter will work with the team, graphic designers, and vendor partners, and will develop and write communication materials that will meet or exceed expectations of deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of copywriting experience, be self-motivated, have a passion for writing, able to think innovatively, and able to work in an energetic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Essential responsibilities:

  • Develop content to promote and boost page views for property listings, including planning, researching, content development, and editing.
  • Develop content for targeted consumer segments, and provide input on communication methods that work best for consumer segments.
  • Perform keyword search and develop engaging content that optimizes SEO; analyze performance data to enhance the effectiveness of content.
  • Responsible for researching, content development, and editing of marketing communications.
  • Work closely with team members to provide solutions that have high impact and increase the return on investment.
  • Ensure that a consistent and integrated brand identity is executed across all materials.
  • Review requested changes / respond with alternatives.
  • Effectively work under tight deadlines and able manage time on various project

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Business, or similar degree.
  • 1+ years of copywriting experience.
  • Strong writing skills that demonstrate an ability to deliver compelling communications.
  • Content development for online media with a focus on SEO optimization is preferred but not required.
  • Able to successfully articulate and champion new ideas and concepts in front of various audiences.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as fine attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of quality-assurance practices for production of communication deliverables
